Signature Double Cheeseburger did not taste as good as Wicker Park location. Golden Fries were cold and had no salt. Garlic aioli was in a tiny cup filled up a quarter of the way and lasted for seven fries. Disappointing!

I had heard a lot about this place and finally decided to try it. After getting it, I'm not sure what the fuss was about.
The Single Cheeseburger burger patty is just about the same size as a McD's regular burger patties. It's relatively unseasoned and quite bland. The Famous Fried Chicken Tenders aren't bad, but they aren't anything special. Same with the Golden Fries. The BBQ sauce is just Sweet Baby Ray's cups. The Chocolate Shake was thick, but it was a rather odd chocolate flavor. I guess some might prefer it, but it was different enough that if I didn't know I ordered chocolate, I might have thought it was a different flavor.
There are tons of places where you can get much better for less.

This place has gone downhill since it's expansion. The quality of the meat is still good, but wow are those patties small. They are so small they are absolutely drowning in the bun. It really is a sad looking burger. I miss their fun dips. I paid extra for ranch and was given Hidden Valley. Hard pass next time. Not worth the price.

The chicken is unbelievable. So incredibly tasty and juicy. It looks not the most appetizing, but once you take a bite, you'll be blown away. I would also recommend the honey mustard sauce with the chicken.
