I wish I had gotten more ribs, they were delish witha savory/sweet glaze Add rib bone.
The 1/4 # Chicken was nice and juicy, with good flavor.
thePork Shoulder was also good, juicy and ready for sauce or plain.
I ended up eating too much, the highest compliment I have.

Brisket was decent to my northern palate. Very tender and somewhat dry. Could have been more seasoned.
The BBQ sauce (spicy) was very sweet and seemed like something that would come from Sysco preblended. It was not spicy.
My biggest gripe is that the cornbread muffin was an industrially-produced packaged muffin like something you'd find at a gas station. It was disgusting. It's fine if you don't have a bakery in house, just don't offer the product.

Mac and cheese was incredible btw. But I got the Chicken Sandwich and hurt my tooth on a huge peice of bone. I get its a meat place, this happens and I just put it to the side. This then happened two more times.
The flavor was great, but it wasnt worth the minefield of bones to me

I didn't have particularly high expectations but this is was some of the most mid food I've had in a long time. Maybe the Beef Brisket Mac Attack wasn't the way to go but how could that possibly be bad?what kind of BBQ joint doesn't make their own Cornbread Muffin lol it was pre packaged and tasted awful. There are WAY better options in the area. I absolutely will not be eating here again.

I thought it was good, my nephew gave it a 9.5 out of 10. I would say its worth getting the 1/2 pound brisket meal again. Great smokey flavor off the meat.
