Hands down best Italian Sandwich (Salami, Pepperoni, Capicola, Mortadella & Provolone Cheese) and Cubano you're gonna get. And the Jumbo Pickle is amazing!

Unfortunately, this is my favorite sandwich chain. I've been eating here for a decade, since I first experienced them in college. Today, I Spent $16 on a 7" BLT, over $2 for added rotisseri chicken. Fine, it's always been a bit pricey. It gets here? Hardly any chicken. Chicken I paid somewhere between $2.30-2.80 for. Chicken they'd dish up like crazy 10 years ago, justifying my purchase. This time? Hardly any lettuce, despite it being a BLT. I dunno, my expectation of a nearly $20 sandwich is to have a decent amount of the ingredients at least, especially a key ingredient. The company appears to make "pickles" which I have stopped ordering as they're just cucumbers with a whisper of dill. I add my own, no biggie (hence the reason for opening the sandwich at all). Nice thick cuts of pickle with all the seeds. Took a bite, choked it down. The driest thing I've eaten since being stranded in AZ with only crackers to eat. I have had this experience at other locations, so it's leading me to believe that this is a company issue. I'm saddened that I now have to seek out another restaurant or become my own sandwich deli, and I've been robbed one too many times by this company. Now, i'm going to go lather the log in mayo and factor the cost of making my own sandwich in this economy vs the convenience... as this was neither worth it nor convenient.

This is the usual Au jus?!? Tastes like water...not good at all. Sandwich cold and looks like they ran out of meat. I've ordered here before and this isn't what should be expected

The sandwiches are amazing. Never been disappointed. But this time thought we'd try some cookies too and they were very underwhelming. Super small. And very basic.

the sandwich was not good at all. it was like they used your local store fridge square cheese and yellow cheese at that for a cheese steak is horrible. also I think it had carrots and celery in it. if that is what that even was lol. not a good sandwich at all Snarf's Cheesesteak ... 🤢
