• 25-06-10I've ordered Sonic 3 times, and all 3 times,The Groovy Fries were fried too hard and not filled to the top! And the tator Tots are fried too hard as well and not filled to the top! The burgers were excellent!Won't be ordering from them again!

• 25-03-27I understand not all stores can "afford" the labor but here is why the investment of labor is important: my bag looks like it caught fire. My chicken bites and fries taste like they sat in the fryer for hours before my order was made. The simple modifications made to my burger (no l/t/mayo) inclined whoever was on grill to leave it plain. My food tastes like one person was running back of house. If there were a few more people on to pay attention to details (like the bag, the fryer, the mods), I can assure you that the quality of my food would be higher. I love sonic on the west coast, I am rooting for you guys, this is the ONLY reason I gave 3 stars insteadof 2. I am hoping for improvements.

• 25-01-02Most of my order was of such poor quality ingredients that it was borderline inedible. I guess it's hard to mess up reheating frozen French Toast Sticks so at least I was able to eat something. I also think you may have accidentally used a quick dry rubber latex adhesive in place of cheese on the Cheese Tots.

• 26-04-17For starters, we ordered smashed burgers that are supposed to be super thin and we got thick burgers that tasted off. The beef was so gross neither of us could stomach eating the burgers. The tots and fries were good.
