Ordered a SuperSONIC® Bacon Double Cheeseburger Combo and the burger came plain and with only one patty. I had to go to the store and have them fix their mistake.

I ordered a American All-American Bacon Triple SONIC Smasher™ Combo it only had 2 patties no bacon no lettuce no tomatoes only meat patties and a hand full of onion

I don't like to leave bad reviews on things, especially not somewhere that I actually enjoy eating from, such as Sonic, but this is the second time this has happened. As you can see on the receipt, I specifically asked for marinara sauce and Groovy Sauce, even though these sauces are already supposed to come with what you order (mozzarella sticks, fries, etc.) I had a feeling I wouldn't get my sauce this time, so I made sure to put two. Upon opening the bag, I unfortunately didn't get either one, so I had to eat my food bland. Also, I'm not a complainer, by any means, and I still ate the burger regardless, but I ordered the American Bacon Double Smasher, and there was not a single piece of bacon on my burger. It was just overfilled with ketchup and tomatoes. My dasher, however, was perfectly fine. She delivered quickly and on time. I understand that restaurants have rush hours, especially since I have worked in several, but it is important to try your best to accommodate to the customers orders as they are paying for it. As I said previously, this has happened multiple times before, so if you order fries or mozzarella sticks from here, I recommend shooting a text to your dasher and asking that they kindly check the bag for sauces before they leave. That is all. Thank you :).

Amazing, daughter wouldn't put it down for me to take a picture. Strawberry Sundae add hot fudge and m n ms, so good!!
