Ordered Chili Cheese Tots and they came without chili. When I called the store they stated they were out of chili. So I was charged almost $7 for tots with cheese sprinkled on them. And they were cold.

I ordered the bacon Bacon Breakfast Burrito it's supposed to come with cheese nothing was in it but 2 pieces of bacon and a small egg it was so dry as well. I used to love sonic here but it has really gone down hill lately.

well the burrito the shell part of it was torn all the pieces and they could have used a fresh one and they could have took their time and made it they started Russian because all the meat and toppings was falling out could have just been done a little better but the smashburger was good

The cheeseburger was cold, and the cheese was not melted. The chili dog bun fell apart, and the hot dog did not appear to be cooked.
