• 25-03-16I normally don't have any issues to complain about and always try to leave positive feedback but unfortunately this most recent order left me quite frustrated. All 4 of the Sonic Sonic Blast® that I ordered were short at least an inch of ice cream. It's basically a size small portion put into a medium cup. 😕 I've never had this happen before to all of them, maybe one or two of them were short but not all of them. That seems like it would be hard to miss as an employee.
Sidenote: I'd be so grateful if y'all would start putting a circle sticker over the tops of the dome lids before delivery..for sanitary reasons.

• 25-05-23Absolutely HORRIBLE service tonight. I ordered well in advance so I could pick it up quickly. when I got there I pulled into a stall and waited for 10mins without a response. Since I had already paid for it, I decided to try the drive thru, when I pulled up to the speaker no one said anything for a minute or two until I finally said "hello", then I told them I was there to pick up my door dash order and they asked for me to pull forward, so I did. It took over 5 mins for them to give me my order and when they did it was without a receipt. I noticed the drink carrier holding my sonic blasts felt light but had to get home with food for my kids and didn't have 20 more mins to waste, so I didn't check them when I should have. They tried to hide the fact that each blast was missing half of the ice cream by putting drink lids on them that aren't see through. Whoever made these KNOWS dang well they were only half way full when they put the lids on them. I expect a FULL refund.

I am reporting my order AGAIN due to the portion of ice cream this store served to me. This store has a major issue with quality control and inconsistent portion sizes. (Please see photos for comparison of portions served in the same delivery.) Only ONE of my sonic blasts were a full portion, the other 3 were obviously lacking. Note: My delivery driver was shocked as well but didn't know how to remedy it. Every time I have tried to complain about this issue, I've received no effort from Door Dash or Sonic to remedy this issue. If this is how you all do business, I'm out.
