It's a night and day difference in customer service compared to the local McDonald's, Sonic will do it right every time, McDonald's doesn't care but Sonic most definitely does

The SONIC Blasts® were pretty much vanilla ice cream with no mix ins, and I also paid extra for whipped cream and didn't get it, the portions were very small and not close to being filled up and the Oreos tasted very off, maybe stale?

This store constantly sends out blasts that are a lot less than full. Today the cup was only 75% full. Also, there was not much of the mix-in.  Most spoonfuls had no toppings. With the price, they should try to at least give what is paid for.

ive ordered from this sonic before every time from Customer service to food they can't get my whole order right.  my Ultimate Meat & Cheese Breakfast Burrito™  fell apart in the bag cause it wasn't wrapped properly.  My French Toast Sticks was hard and over cooked and they gave me no syrup but gave me ketchup why. my French Vanilla Cold Brew Iced Coffee  tasted Burnt and I asked for Carmel in it guess what it wasn't there. worst Sonic ever.
