I've ordered Sonic 3 times, and all 3 times,The Groovy Fries were fried too hard and not filled to the top! And the tator Tots are fried too hard as well and not filled to the top! The burgers were excellent!Won't be ordering from them again!

The Mozzarella Sticks were clearly very old. They were also orange which is not normal for their Mozzarella Sticks. We've had them plenty of times before. They tasted really gross too. It was very disappointing

I understand not all stores can "afford" the labor but here is why the investment of labor is important: my bag looks like it caught fire. My chicken bites and fries taste like they sat in the fryer for hours before my order was made. The simple modifications made to my burger (no l/t/mayo) inclined whoever was on grill to leave it plain. My food tastes like one person was running back of house. If there were a few more people on to pay attention to details (like the bag, the fryer, the mods), I can assure you that the quality of my food would be higher. I love sonic on the west coast, I am rooting for you guys, this is the ONLY reason I gave 3 stars insteadof 2. I am hoping for improvements.

Inconsistent with specifics on the foods. Whenever i get my burger it's basically a coin toss if they actually listen and exclude the cheese. Though lately they don't actually pay attention to that. Got everything else right though, but because of the cheese I cant eat the burger(left out the straw too for my drink but that's irrelevant at the moment) atleast the tots I can always count on being right... needless to say I won't be ordering burgers from here again as good as they are when made right.. ;-;
