Brisket and the Tri Tip were absolutely amazing! The brisket literally fell apart and the tri tip had an amazing flavor. Neither were greasy, just a little of the natural juice that comes from the meat itself. We will definitely be ordering from here again. We got a 1/2lbs each and probably would not order anything smaller, it was too good that we needed more when it was gone.

Spent $90 for 3 people for the most basic tasting brisket sandwiches. The elote was like cottage cheese. The pics of pies are misleading because for $6 you get a single slice that gives maybe 4 bites. I wouldn't pay more than $20 for the food I got,it's just not worth it

Unpleasant experience. When I picked up my order, they told me they didn't have it. I showed him my text from DoorDash saying my food was ready and then he asked me if I actually order form them. App said my food was ready but it was not, still had to wait. Meat was absolutely delicious, but portions were small. Cold slaw was soupy and Mac was dry. Glad I got to try it but will not be going back.

The food was good, but the portions were so small I don't think I'll ever go again. I ordered the Mousse Pie, and they gave me a single slice. I paid almost $6 for a pie, then I only get a slice. I also ordered their ribs, and got 2 rib bones with a little meat. I loved the taste, but I spent $30 for a light snack, not a meal.

Had the best experience ordering from Sparks Bbq! The brisket melts in your mouth and the sauces tasted so good with it! We also got the baked beans, street corn and key lime pie. Loved every bite and can’t wait to go back!
