I've now tried Spoonfuls twice and have been thoroughly impressed both times! The pork chops I had last time were incredibly juicy and flavorful, and now their meatloaf was literally tear inducing good. The love put into this food is so evident, it felt like I was being hugged with every bite. The sides are just as delicious and the portions are SO generous that I had leftovers both times. Thank you Spoonfuls! I will defintely be back!

The Pork chops were to salty.
Macaroni and cheese was old and dry.
Green were also to salty. The green beans taste sour. Not good!.

I called myself trying out the new soul food spot close to me and I was so excited. However it was not good. The chicken not done . It was soggy and wet, like boiled chicken (I asd for it to be fried well done)with way too much garlic,and I love garlic but, that's all you could taste . The yams were dry and tasted like dressed up canned yams. The worst thing of all , was the Mac and cheese! It was dry and overcooked,with little wiry strands of cheese here and there . I wanted to fight them for that! However, the collard greens and the cornbread was delicious! The cornbread was fresh and hot, with just the right amount of sweetness. Unfortunately, those two were not enough to save the meal. I was really disappointed, I had high hopes for this place because they are really close to my area.

How is this place still open? The past 3 times ive triedordering they denied my order and nevrranswet the phone. Kinda sucks because their food isnt terrible

It was ok. I probably wouldn't order the chops and mac again.
