Firstly, the wait time took forever. Much longer than usual. They changed the Mexican bowl also which is annoying. The portion size was less than half of a bowl. I've ordered from here many times but I'm not sure I will again.

This is my third time ordering from Springbone kitchen this week and I was so disappointed by the salmon!! They gave me the tiniest little piece of salmon, not at all like the item description or photo. I was shocked that they could send an item like this and price it at $20. I am so disappointed by the deceptive practice of this business. I was ready to become a regular but I will never order from here again. The bowl itself didn't taste good either (maybe because of the lackof salmon!?) I am so surprised this business has good reviews.

Took forever to pick up. Clearly understaffed and not equipped to handle pickup orders at peak lunch hours
