They just gave me the wrong thing because this is not a Classic Cheeseburger & Fries. Definitely not one worth $20. The burger itself was good and flavorful but the toast instead of burger buns threw me off. The fry portion is crazy because I've ordered other times and have gotten 3 times more. Really disappointed because they usually do better than this

This was the first time in a lifetime ordering delivery and feeling completely satisfied. My cheeseburger was cooked at the temperature I had been requested to provide. That and the fries were seasoned perfectly. Fries are hard to get equally crispy, salty, and fresh - mine were. On top of the overall exceptional taste, flavor and delivery of this order the price was very fair and reasonable making the experience even more satisfying. I don't feel like I just wasted my money. I don't feel let down. This restaurant showed me that they care. Care about their food. Care about their customers. And this is coming from a customer who has only written 1 positive review and 1 negative review. Though many more negative reviews should have been done. That's why this restaurant is my highlighted rare review. Sprockets you should be proud. Thank you for my meal.

This food was received and is DISGUSTING!!!!! Rings are black, French fries were not even cooked all the way, my husbands Philly had burnt meat!!!!! $60 for this terrible terrible food!! NEVER EVER AGAIN will we order here!! Waste of $$$$!!!! How is Caesar saad sweet flavored???? Just terrible!!!!!
