S'mores Cold Brew was absolutely perfect! I knocked down one pump of marshmallow syrup and added one pump of cinnamon dolce syrup and it turned out great! I don't like my drinks too sweet.

I always order the same thing, Grande Coffee Frappuccino® Blended Beverage in a Venti Cup with 5 scoops of Vanilla Powder and LOTS of extra Whip! The team in this store is fantastic!!! They remember my order and fix it just by seeing my name on the order!

We ordered a cappuccino at about 6:20 in the morning and received a cup of coffee about 1/4 full, with mostly unappealing looking foam being on top. At 6:30, hoping that it was an error, we attempted a second order and this time we received one closer to, yet still less than 1/2 full. Upon speaking to the manager, I was informed that this is just the way cappuccinos are when you "don't drink it immediately". $20 worth of coffee order for less than a full cup's worth? I'm sorry, I don't trust that calculation, but if it's an acceptable standard of coffee at your establishment, I want nothing to do with it. Never again.

It's always inconsistent with the coffee. Some days it's like they don't dial in their espresso machine as often as they need to making the coffee taste watery and flavorless. Sometimes it tastes like the espresso is "burnt". I love the iced shaken espressos but it's like I can only get an amazing, perfect one once in a blue moon.

I'm not a coffee guy, but I'm addicted to this. I always buy the biggest one they have and make sure you get 40 shots of expresso too, you got to have energy to keep going! Jk only 1 shot, it balances the taste, it sweet and you get that coffee taste!
