Everything was good except the most expensive item in the order. It was a warm cup of water that was supposed to be a Caramel Macchiato. Not to mention the fact that the WAIT here seems to get longer and longer, while still producing lower quality drinks. I am of the belief that it is employee error, but on a continuous basis it would be deemed poor quality control and lack of accountability by Starbucks themselves. They are losing their edge.

Pistachio Latte - tasted like a cup of oat milk with no trace of pistachio. Chai Latte - tasted like a cup of milk with no sign of chai. Would not order from this location again even if I was crashing from lack of caffeine.

My burrito was really burnt and the Strawberry Crème Frappuccino® Blended Beverage was very watered down

Both the drinks are horrible waists of money and time they did not put any flavor or cold foam and the coffee is super watery very disappointing

No toppings with the oatmeal. Just plain cup of oatmeal. Coffee cup was squished and half the coffee was spilled out.
