Always leaves very nice messages on the containers, consistently well packaged and very quick. One of the best locations I've ordered from.

I paid extra for the cold foam and there was little to nothing on there, also it tastes like water like it was sitting there for a while.

We arrived to pick up our order and it was just sitting on the counter: We had to ask to receive it then the staff member insisted on fully bagging it eventhough we advised her we planned to enjoy our drinks inside the Starbucks. She went as far as stapling the bag multiple times. The app only allowed ice or no ice versus light ice. The tall iced chai lattes literally had a sip in them so we had to go back and re -order a venti chai latte with no ice just to make our own drink. The staff was no very accommodating with poor customer. service.

not what I ordered at all. I ordered caramel frappe, no whip. got caramel ribbon crunch with whip. has no flavor at all. no caramel lining the cup that I paid extra for. very disappointed. I hope it's really almond milk.
