Drinks tasted amazing! Only downside was not because of Starbucks but due to the delivery driver- nonetheless the drinks still tasted amazing! Drinks where filled to the brim and sandwich was nice and hot

Put the lids on the coffee cups. Neither drink had the lid fully on the cup. Can't be the dasher because you sealed the bag. Bag is full of all the Matcha and coffee that spilled. Matcha is half full, impressive feat.

I ordered 6 shots of espresso and it only has a few. I order this drink all of the time. I can tell. It also has no Carmel flavor as I requested

I’ve ordered from this location before and usually have a good experience, but this order was disappointing. Both matcha drinks were made incorrectly. The matcha was clumpy and not properly mixed, and neither drink included the cold foam that was ordered. The quality was noticeably off compared to usual, so I’m hoping this was just an off day.
