I don't know what this is but it is not the Cannon Ball Drink i ordered. Fairly sure this has milk of some kind. I have ordered this drink many times in the past and it has never had cream or milk and it has never looked like this. Definitely does not taste like it should. I will be reordering from somewhere else this morning as I am not drinking this.

First, I ordered a venti iced white mocha. You'd think that because it’s a white mocha with chocolate cold foam and caramel drizzle, it would taste sweet, right? It didn't. It tasted like coffee I would brew at home (which I stopped doing because it made me sick). This time, I ordered a venti caramel macchiato, and it tastes even more bitter than the white mocha. I guess in the future, I have to stay away from this Starbucks' iced drinks. I am very disappointed in you, Starbucks. If I get one more extremely bitter coffee for $10, then I'm spending it somewhere else other than Starbucks. Apparently they don't care about their flavor.

Waited 35 minutes for a Door Dash delivery, and this particular Starbucks made the drinks (one of them a seasonal featured drink!) incorrectly. No excuse for this level of poor training and poor consistency. We will never deviate from our favorite Starbucks on Main Street again! Do not recommend.
