Starbucks® Blonde Vanilla Latte Looks like the picture as advertised. Tastes delicious! I ordered a Grande size. I thought it would be bigger.

This particular location does not put the protective sleeve on hot coffee, whether picking up in person or a delivery service. I always get extra hot coffee and it is frustrating and uncomfortable to handle. Is there a shortage in cardboard sleeves at this location only?

Lately, the lattes have not been good. I feel like they are taking regular coffee and putting milk in it for their DoorDash orders (They are very weak and mainly milk.). If that is not the case, then their batistas need to be retrained.

Received a warm greeting (by name) picking up my daily curbside this morning. :) I don't know the young ladies name but that made my day! Keep up the excellent customer service.

Always like chocolate croissants and egg bites, but why not individual size of featured dark roast? I didn't even get the coffee I ordered as a substitute, that's why four stars Always love chocolate croissants and egg bites. Why aren't you carrying the dark roast anymore? I always liked getting that, not in a traveler size. Didn't get my coffee, that's why four stars.
