My order is always accurate and fresh! One of the best tasting iced mocha I have ever had and amazing black iced tea! I love how they have reverse osmosis water it taste great!

My latte was less than stellar this morning, it was bitter despite being my usual order.  It would be nice if cup sleeves were still put on hot drinks even for delivery.  The coffee is no less hot just because someone delivered it.

Ordered 4 drinks and none were made correctly. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. 
 Caramel Frappuccino® Blended Beverage  was watery, The Iced Matcha Latte  wasn't blended and had chucks of the powder and then Hot Chocolate was just horrible .

bread was good drink didn't taste like it usually does. Iced White Chocolate Mocha just tasted like a regular iced coffee

Have ordered this drink and multiple others and both times tasted terrible. I might as well just downed some black coffee at work as it would taste the same. I even paid extra to line the cup with cara AND paid for 2 pumps of the dark caramel- I assure you the single line and the whipped cream that was frozen and seemed freezer burnt. Nasty.
