I don’t usually write reviews, but today’s experience really upset me. I ordered a Pumpkin Spice Latte and an Egg Bite, but by mistake, I ordered the Bacon Egg Bite. My wife went to pick it up and kindly asked if they could remove the bacon since we don’t eat pork.
Instead of understanding or even trying to help, the staff just said “No” — flat and cold. No empathy, no effort to offer any alternative. It was early morning, and we were just hoping for a nice start to the day, but the way they handled it completely ruined the experience.
Sometimes it’s not about the food — it’s about how you treat people. A little kindness goes a long way, and sadly, we didn’t see any today.
