The food from Steak 'n Shake is always outstanding. I got cheese tater tots for the first time. They were the best I've ever had fluffy on the inside and crunchy on the outside. They gave two containers of cheese.A++

I ordered a combo meal with a banana shake and cheese fries. I got the Steak Burger with cheese and it was great. It was tasty, fresh and hot. The fries with cheese were just as perfect. The banana shake would've been just as perfect had they included a straw in the bag. Unfortunately by the time I got something from the hotel to consume it I could've simply drank it. So my three stars isn't about food quality, it's about remembering to include a straw... and napkins because the burger was quite messy. Messy in a good way though.

My burger was undercooked and fries were freezing and I didn't receive my shake!!! I paid nearly $17.00 alone for this combo

Taste like Hormel. They don't know how to make it. They need to go to Lexington or Indy and learn how to make chili Mac.

It doesn't taste like a chili Mac is supposed to taste. I should've gotten it earlier in the day. The day shift does better, but the night either doesn't know how to make it or didn't have what they needed to make it.
