SOOO IMPRESSED!! I was scared to order from here because of some negative reviews. I'm so glad I decided to give this place a try.
I opened my bag and everything was presented so nicely, even my onion rings were arranged in the container in a pretty manner. The burger was very good and my onion rings were crispy and there was a lot of them. It came with 3 ketchups and a lot of napkins. I got a Snickers shake which was awesome but I accidentally dropped it so I didn't get a picture. This was my best experience with Doordash so far.

The biscoff milkshake was the most delicious thing i've ever had in my life. 50/10 and would 100% order again. the quality was great and the sweetness was on point. Please order it. The portion was like it was an endless milkshake and it stayed fresh the whole time i attempted to finish it.

I ordered a medium fries & got 2 smalls, but they were cold & hard!! My burger was all squished & messy, one of the pattys was halfway off & the cheese was hard . Highly disappointed.

I've ordered a variety of items dozens of times over the past couple months, and every time this place is CONSISTENTLY FANTASTIC 💯🙌
Food is wonderful, have never had missing items, always a straw included when a shake is ordered, packaged great!
This place is doing a fantastic job, I have never been disappointed!

No chicken tenders. Very bummed because I had the best experience here through DoorDash 3xs now. Steak 'n shake has been above excellent. I talked my my DoorDash girl but she said it was all there and she wasn't allowed to open the bag.
I called the store and they did forget my chicken from one meal. Sadly I cannot pick it up at this time and they will not allow DoorDash to take it with a 2nd order. Woman on the phone was wonderful!!
Not upset, just disappointed
