There was so much grease on the sandwiches that the wraps around them was soaked and felt wet when I picked them up. The bread on the melt felt hard like it had been setting out all day or even a couple days and they even gave me a cup that my milkshake was in that already had a hole in it when I received it so as soon as I picked it up the milkshake all fell out the bottom

The milkshakes are always good (Reese's Peanut Butter is the best ofc) and I appreciate the way they tamper proof the food and drink items. I will say the onion rings had a horrible after taste.
The garlic steakburger was about what you could expect from fast food, not amazing, but not too bad either :)

The sandwich was over cooked and lacked sauce, it was also not diagonally cut ou at all like it should be. The fries were soggy and the cheese came separately instead of on the fries as you would expect cheese fries to come. The cheese was about maybe 3oz in a separate container and was cold vs the 5-6oz that usually comes on the fries in the past. I requested extra beef , sauce and other toppings on my five way and instead of it coming in a large bowl as it has always been it came in a small container with maybe half of amount it should be. I worked for this store and know how the foods should be prepared and served. This was a sad day for Steak 'n Shake. Now I understand why nobody is ever there.

I ordered a Western BBQ 'n Bacon Steakburger Combo meal with med. tater tots and shake plus a Western BBQ 'n Bacon Steakburger and medium Cheese Fries and a Chili Mac I did not get my tater tots that were supposed to come with my combo meal. The food was delicious as usual but I got shorted. on my order.

shakes were thick and not even melted in this hot weather very happy. reeses peanut butter and oreo was amazing.
