• 26-09-08well hit or miss . I guess after 10 pm they stop caring and don't read orders Frisco Melt Combo wad completely sloppy and drenched in sauce - inedible . I received fries with no cheese sauce as I paid extra for. but on the other hand my girls Single Steakburger with Cheese Combo was perfect looked clean and had the cheese I paid extra for. so if you wanna gamble its 50/50.....

• 24-03-23The milkshake arrived in an extremely small cup. I've seen what a milkshake from Steak 'n Shake looks like and this was maybe one third of the portion. At 6 dollars this is unacceptable.

• 24-04-15fries were less than halfway full and the burgers were soggy and fell apart, only good thing was the shakes and the burgers tasted awful, more onions than garlic on the garlic burger.

• 25-11-11Didn't have what I ordered, gave me a Frisco melt with so much sauce it soaked through and put it in the bottom and completely flattened it, very disappointing
