both sandwiches were very messy even though one was plain and the other was suppose to have onion and mayo but was lacking onion. Fry container was half empty. Delivery bag was still sealed. Tea wasn't sweet and tasted like the tea container needs cleaned.

Kinda soggy but otherwise good. They separated my cheese fries tho. I could've just ordered a side of cheese sauce for cheaper :/

I love the Frisco Melt! The only reason I gave them four stars was because they constantly forget to put extra cookie dough in our shake... even after I call them and ask for it. Idk why they have the special requests turned off? It's so annoying... especially when all the other restaurants have it turned on. Then I wouldn't have to call them.

There was so much grease from the Frisco Melt that it had literally leaked through the bag and onto all the other food from my order. Package the Frisco Melt better; I can't even eat this sopping greasy mess!
