The shakes at this store are runny and not as thick compared to the North side's steak n shake. Very thin and skimpy on the toppings.

Very slow tonight. Asked for no onions on the Western BBQ 'n Bacon Steakburger came with diced onions, so they weren't easy to take off. Chili wasn't as good as usual, had one spoonful & threw the rest out. Fries were cold. Usually we have a great meal from here, but not tonight.

Fresh, tasty burger toppings, tomatoes, pickles, sweet onions, lettuce, and delicious grilled beef patties on a toasted bun = Hamburger Heaven.

They forgot to add bacon to my sandwich but other than that little hiccup, everything was great. The onion rings were nice & crisp & my cherry Sprite was the best one I have ever had!

Love the food but half the time it is superior quality and the other half... I get half fry orders and drinks not filled... love the restaurant, but fix the staff.
