The steak burger was a little cold but good. The 3 PC Chicken Fingers barely had any meat on them, it was pretty much just breading. Fries were cold & soggy.
I will say- usually the food is great, never experienced this before from Steak N’ Shake…?

HORRIBLE! This place barely have people in here and when they do it's people that do not care about your food. It's always something but it was nothing too bad I just said maybe they are having a bad day. Maybe they are busy. But this time it's my birthday and both of my milkshakes had holes in the bottom and was overflowing. They both had to be put in different cups. Then the burgers tasted like they wasn't done. I had to go to support to get a refund which I NEVER do. I hope they either get better people or help the people in there because I love Steak 'n Shake.

Was a bit salty and they forgot my bacon but overall a decent burger. The size doesn't really justi the price honestly

Oreo® M&M® shake was melted when it was delivered and it was filled half way and it didn't have any mms either.

I received a half RAW BURGER! I called the manager she did not care whatsoever. I had to order again, I said can you please just make sure its cooked properly. I kid you not they sent me an over cooked burger the Pattie's had a crunch!
