paying the amount for a cheese cup when its not even barley a quarter full is crazy and spending more for a large fry and the fries being soggy and not fully cooked do not buy from here during lunch

the steak burger and also the frisco melt smell of fish? like very obviously smell like fish. I think the meat is bad! the lettuce does not look very good either. had to toss the entire two meals out.Single Steakburger with Cheese ComboFrisco Melt

Honestly, I don't take the time to write reviews nearly often enough, but the last few times I've ordered from this Steak n' Shake- the orders have been PERFECT. Not only do they get the orders correct, but the food is cooked absolutely perfectly. You can tell they care about doing things right! Keep it up!! I appreciate you!

Burned Caramelized Onions on both Butter Double Steakburger the 1 bun was hard burned, fries was cold hard overcooked the shake was not a full shake not the right flavor snickers instead of peanut butter chili 5-way was very good
