steakburgers were overcooke - even by typical steak n shake standards. We were looking forward to trying their improved menu. $50 later the dog thinks the trash can smells heavenly and we are making sandwiches.
Beef Tallow Onion Rings though, were amazing. The highlight of the meal.

My burger did not have any of what I ordered. No mustard, no onions and no pickles. The cheese sauce must have been sitting under a light all day because it was dried out and barely any cheese inside the container. My shake was transported without any cover over the opening Of the lid. I took pictures in case you wanted to see what was delivered.

Didn't get my fries, chili cup half full, cherry flavor in drink too strong. Now I've ordered this all before and it was fantastic, but this time no good.

onions smelled rotten (I work in a kitchen, I know the smell of expired products) did not eat the Western BBQ 'n Bacon SteakburgerFrisco Melt was fine.
Buffalo Sauce did not receive though I paid for extra sauces.
