It's always been difficult for me to encounter good vegetarian options when it comes to various types of dumplings. I can now happily report that Steam Boys delivered. The dumplings were delicious and packed with flavor. Will order again! Their fruit teas were also wonderful.

Both the Seared Hot Dumpling Bowl 煎饺子碗 tazón de bola de masa frita caliente and Seared Beef Bao 牛肉煎包 vaca chamuscado were delicious. They were both just crunchy enough and had a great flavor. It was a bit spicier than I anticipated but still enjoyable. I would definitely get both again.

Perhaps it's personal preference that I find the dumpling skins too thick. Beef shank cubes were too largely cut and not tender enough. On the plus side, the broth has great flavor. Overall, this place is on the upper side of mediocre, and I'll probably come back and recommend when I want dumplings in a pinch.

The hot dumpling bowl had a really good light flavor the dumplings were just really dry. I asked for extra cilantro and green onion and they definitely did provide that lol. If you like spicy foods it definitely has a good amount of spice enough to keep the back of your throat a little warm after your done eating it but if you don't or can't tolerate a lot of spice it will definitely be spicy but I don't think it's way over the top in spice like the other reviews are saying.
The cucumber salad was okey definitely had better and it was more sweet then zesty. cuoodles were long though and I liked that
All my drinks were good. I really liked the mocha milk tea :)

Beef Noodle Soup 牛肉面 is good comfort soup, tender meat, just wish they used bokchoy instead of Roman lettuce in the soup to give it more substance. Chicken Dumplings 鸡肉饺子 are delicious, got the black vinegar and not sure how I like it, could be because I'm sick.
