I only ordered 3 things: Tots, BBQ wings, and Teriyaki wings. Received a tiny bag of literally 20 tater tots (how can you charge over $.50 per tater tot?) and the BBQ wings didn't have any sauce at all. I ended up having to sauce them myself and recook them in my air fryer because they were soggy and gross. Very disappointed.

Breaded wings were mushy and we got a tablespoon of ice cream for $3. Tasted like Bryers. Very disappointing.

I have never been disappointed with food from Steam until tonight. The fall flatbread was dry around the outsides and just a bunch of mush on top. The flavor was boring, spiceless, and a little gross. The berry flavor was overpowering, the butternut squash tasted like bland baby food, and the Brie was barely noticeable. The calamari was worse. It tastes stale. Hard on the outside and leathery on the inside.
We don't live far from the restaurant, yet all the food was cold.
The only thing they did right was the kids burger sliders, however even the fries were cold and tasted like they sat out for hours.
Very disappointed. It will be a while before we think about ordering delivery from them. Hopefully dining in is a better experience.
