V9. Stir Fried BeefA1. Fried Egg Rolls (4) and the Cafe su da were all wonderful as per usual. I like the new plating that keeps the meat/noodles separated from the other toppings like bean sprouts, cilantro, peanuts, carrots, etc. Very fresh, great fish sauce, generous portions of everything. love! ❤️ 😍

P1. Special Pho is good. Really oily at first but after you add the lime, a packet of sriracha, and hoisin it is really good. If you want more meat, I'd opt for the extra ribeye because you get a lot for the price. Also the makes the broth more satisfying imo.

I love having having the P2. Special Pho+ Oxtail because I love oxtails and the taste is just so amazing and the calamari is one of the best calamari I have ever had. The portion is just perfect. The sauce with the calamari is so amazing. I usually put it in my pho too

P8. Ribeye and Meatball Pho had good flavor but was really greasy. I literally got the equivalent of 1 meatball though, 4 quartered pieces. Would've appreciated more.
BM4. Bánh Mì Bì I don't know what I was expecting but it did not do it for more. texture was off-putting.
A3. Cream Cheese Wontons (6) was probably the best. stuffed with adequate amount of cream cheese.

Their Pho always has the best flavor. Comes packaged neatly for you to boil the broth again and is super fresh. Portions have been a lot more now, which is good because the price of the bowl can be pricy compared to other restaurants. This is my go to spot!
