The Stray Hen is an excellent choice for breakfast or lunch. I had the shepherd's omelette with goat cheese and veggies and really enjoyed it - everything was fresh and tasty. My companions had the avocado toast and a patty melt sandwich which they both gave rave reviews to.

I was a little disappointed by the portion of salmon and the lack of everything bagel seasoning. Typically with avocado toast the avocado is seasoned but this avocado was simply mashed. The potato's was good. Salmon Toast. I expected to receive silverware and didn't.

I ordered this on door dash. The description said that it had corn, jalapeños, beans, and siracha. It came with cucumbers, tomatoes, no sauce, no flavor, a small egg, and a small smear of avocado spread. The picture was very deceiving and this is a very high price for what I received. Thankfully door dash is refunding my order.

I have never had a wrong order or bad food from Stray Hen until today. I usually order almost the exact same thing every time I order. Today I received half the amount of food I usually do. The biscuits were so dry and not the size they usually are they were a lot smaller. I ordered scrambled easy eggs and my eggs were definitely scrambled very well done. I also ordered two sides of gravy and the containers only halfway full very disappointed this is usually my go to place.

I NEVER leave reviews, but I just had to share this with you guys. I was just craving breakfast food. I had no idea when I ordered from The Stray Hen Cafe that I was about to embark on an epic journey of deliciousness. The food was incredibly fresh. I was SHOCKED by how flavorful each item was. This wasn’t just basic breakfast food. The menu has to have been hand crafted by a chef or something because it’s just THAT GOOD. I ordered the O’Brien skillet with a biscuits and gravy side, corned beef hash, and the Apple Churro French Toast. First of all, I’ll be eating for 3 days, the portion sizes are fantastic! Each item was PACKED with flavor. The incredible combination of ingredients was almost an outer-body experience, reminiscent of the scene in Ratatouille where Remy is eating the strawberry with the cheese. I’m just so glad I decided to order from here. I’ve found my new favorite breakfast place. Hands down, the BEST I’ve ever had!
