Strings Ramen Shop pulls faraway of Pertaining to the orient Breeding to U.s. city. We now have three points in Chi, the individual is in the middle of Chinatown, straightforwardly across from New Chi…
For us, we always go on a savory spice adventure. The Tonkatsu really hits the savory but I'll be honest, adding the Hell Spice really kicks it up. Their Level 4 Hell, isn't spicy for me, which is a bit disappointing considering it's called Hell but that doesn't take away from the taste which is why I'll still stay at 5 stars. In fact I wish I could request a second serving of the ramen if my stomach had room, but I'd ask for a double dose of the Hell Level 4 and probably still add a dollop of sriracha to the mix. Overall really good, always get extra side of Pork for more meat!

Side Woodear were rubbery and flavorless, but the portion of each of the sides were appropriate for the prtion of ramen. The Tonkotsu Loin dd broth was deliciously fatty, rich and silky smooth while the noodles had a good chew. The Side Menma and the Ajitsuke Tamago added a wonderful crunch and silkiness respectively, and while the Toasted Garlic came with neitherish it practically melted on my tongue and added an even deeper note to the already unfathomable depths of this dish.

Hell ramen 3 is pretty spicy, I like spicy food but I dont think I could manage level 4.flavor is good. I only gave 4 stars because there was no egg, sprouts or radish as decribed on the menu which was very disappointing. Especially when the bowl of Ramen costs over $20

For those who are tentative with spice, Hell Ramen Level 1 dd is a very manageable spice, a good place to start! Super flavorful. The Tonkotsu Loin dd was good, but the hell ramen is definitely better. Pork Gyoza dd never miss, delicious!

This is probably the best ramen I've had in Madison! 10/10 would reccomend. My chicken dumplings were also delicious but were spicy, which I did not ask for. If you're not able to tolerate the heat you may want to specify no spice in your dumpling order. The mochi ice cream is also good but you can probably get the same kind and quality at the store (it reminded me of the ones at Whole Foods specifically).
