Used to love this subway and the girls who worked the counter. Last few times, quality and packaging care is at an absolute zero. tonight I got a tuna sub with maybe a teaspoon of tuna? bread was stale and somehow soggy at the same time. threw it away AND only got a partial refund.  do better.

Basically no meat on the sandwich. Ordered this quite a few times and never had that little. Very disappointing

The bread was disgusting.  Meatballs way over cooked.  Bread look like it was ran over.  If it was toasted, sure didn't look like it.  The only thing that was good was the bag of chips.

The BMT was made wrong; smothered in mayonnaise and salt, no lettuce, no tomatoes, no pickles. Only black olives and salt. It was supposed to be toasted; it wasn't. Normally you guys knock it out of the park, this sandwich is bad!
