horrible experience,soggy bread, missing the chicken in the sub, hardly any salad. honestly ever purchase i have had fro here has been absoutlyhorrendous.no fresh,would not order again. horrible. couldn't even get the cookie correct.

Normally good but this time when I got my food it smelt like lettuce, I know it's a sandwich store but I ordered 3 cookies and a coffee so it shouldn't smell weird as I've ordered it before and it hasn't smelt weird. Kind of put me off my coffee because it smells of lettuce, carrots and stuff.

Ordered a chicken teriyaki but got plain chicken on it instead. The other chicken sub and the cookies were good though.
