I ordered two of the same salads, with different modifications. Received two different size salads, both incorrectly made. And the sub packaging had something all over the end of the wrapper. For a $10-$12 salad, what I received was the size of a side salad and incorrectly made.

The bread was dry, stale and crumbly. When taking a bite into it, the bread started falling apart. I couldn't enjoy my sandwich be of how old and stale the bread tasted. Both me and my partner's bread tasted and looked old and stale. Very dissatisfied, door dash refused to give us a full refund.

They put pizza sauce on my sub on all subs when I specified no pizza sauce. This is the second time they've done this. The store will not respond to phone calls Tod ou Le check and ensure my order was correct or to correct my order one delivered. Go to anywhere but here.

I ordered a spicy Italian sandwich and it was missing most of the stuff I ordered on the sandwich.  It was missing the mild peppers, onions, and black peppers. It barely had ranch on it and was over toasted that the entire sandwich was dry. Who ever made my sandwich did not take the time to see what to put on my sandwich or simply did not care. Very disappointed.
