Southern Style Chicken wrap was delicious 😋 the chicken was like popcorn chicken you get at KFC. the avocado was yummy 😋 the White Chip Macadamia Nut Cookie was a bit small but still good 👌 dasher was friendly and delivery was fast . thank you 😊 🙏

Disappointed. Yes our order was last minute (you could have declined the order and let it go through to Kew Store that's open until midnight), but that doesn't mean you smash the order together with no care. Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki was cut very badly and roll was absolutely smashed up on top, the roll was fully open on both sides, and was wrapped super tightly- so my sweet onion sauce was mostly all over the packet and barely on the sandwich, which also caused the roll to be quite soggy. My partner's Chicken Classic also seemed roughly thrown together, had next to no onion or sauce, and had way too much lettuce for his liking. It had quite thick cucumber slices too, but that might just be our preferences.
Cookies were good, as they also were when we ordered in-store 2 days ago. (BTW Both rolls were much better on that previous occasion, so I recommend ordering in person, in store.)

Minimal salads aka 1-2 pieces is ridiculous for the price you charge. Stuff all cheese on the Creamy Garlic Cheese Bread more sauce and a sprinkle of cheese. And the cookies are so over cooked it's disgusting - obviously it fresh.

I ordered extra meat and cheese on the Steak Melt , they didn't skimp. Lots of salad too, only improvement I'd have made was more sauce. Raspberry Cheesecake Cookie were tasty.

Every single time you stuff something up when I order in the night time! Day time there isn't a problem but when I order anytime after 5pm something is always wrong.
Today it was the cheesey garlic bread - since when has subway put the cheese first, toasted it and then added the garlic sauce on top? Absolutely disgusting.
The sub itself had minimal salads and not what I asked for.
Why is it so hard to read an order?
