Every time I order, the staff get it wrong. $70 worth of food that is inedible and no solution from store or doordash. Quesadillas were just uncooked wraps, meatball melts were ice cold, listed ingredients missing, cheeses were incorrect. Sub was incorrect bread, and staff just said "we had a big order and couldn't give you any other bread". Not even a note in the order to apologise and just brushed it off to management.

The last couple of times I've ordered from here and wasted upwards of $50. Meatballs and bread have been burnt and tasted absolutely foul. I don't think it's fresh at all and if it is it's freshly burnt. I wouldn't order again. They used to be great but lately they seem to be dropping the ball.

ordered before and always 5 star, this time I'm being generous by giving them a 2 star rating, being stingy on filling and not being toasted when asked
