they sent me the drinks and cookies but not the two footlongs I paid for, and then were 'closed' before I could re-order. was told on the phone that I would get a free meal. not the 17.85$ discount...which wouldn't even cover one of the subs I originally paid for.

Just because I said I wanted a bit of extra Marinara sauce on my sub doesn't mean I want you to basically DUNK it in the damn tub. Showed up, put the sub on my desk, and the amount of sauce practically disintigrated the wrapping and spilled it EVERYWHERE. Sub wasn't cut all the way either so god forbid I want to pick up one half of this disgusting excuse for a sub and eat it. Nah I have to pry it apart and cover my hands in sauce just to be able to eat it like a human being. Absolutely PATHETIC meal from this particular team, do better.

There's always something that can't be provided and is substituted for something 90% of the time no one likes. A quick call would be better than a note written on a napkin. Otherwise the foods always good at subway
