The cookies came in a box all baked or rather melted together as one big cookie instead of 6 individual cookies. It was also still a slight bit raw.

Cookies arrived severely undercooked, stacked on top of each other in one mushy pile. They can't be separated from each other because they're so underdone/soft. Also, I ordered 6 different flavors and was sent 2 flavors without being notified of any changes.

The BIG chocolate chip cookie was soupy and raw, one of the cookies I ordered wasn't even in the box and the Snickerdoodle cookie is just a sugar cookie with some cinnamon sprinkled on top. I could have just baked some Toll House cookies at home.

Cookies all arrived broken, due to the way the box closes it breaks their product they are selling. They should invest in another package to store the cookies when shipping them or have a training on closing the box. I would highly NOT recommend ordering cookies from this shop. I also find it interesting that when my friend called to speak to the manager to get a refund the manager was being rude and not understanding what my friend was saying. She told us in order to refund us I would have to do another order. Loggically that makes no sense. Door dash offered a $5 credit on a $20+ order!
