Hibachi is simple stuff, but they're doing it right at Suka. The fried rice is solid, and the sauces add a great flavor to the dishes and sides.

I think that Suka was better when it was just a food truck. I always get the Steak & Shrimp Hibachi and they cut their steak into small little cubes now and its medium to well done when they used to be perfect bite sized pieces that were medium rare every time. It changed the texture of the meal. I also dont care for the hibachi noodles and the veggies are very bland, no seasoning at all. Also, The Egg rolls were either over cooked or they need to change their fryer oil, they were dark in color and super crispy. I ate one and threw the rest away, Pretty dissapointed!
