Similar to Sarku japan. Chicken was tasty . rice was fresh and veggies portion could be more. Overall quality was good. (i didnt get to eat the shrimp coz it was missing) I will recommend this fast food joint.

I was really excited to order as soon as I heard they had just opened but my expectations were too high, the cuts of chicken were huge and full of fatty and unfortunately I am just way too picky, had high hopes it would be just as delicious if not better than the previous Japanese place. I'm sure it's great for others.

unfortunately there is a reason for their prices being so cheap. the chicken 1. Chicken Teriyaki was rubbery and off tasting I had never had chicken teriyaki with more skin on it it was more skin than meat. the rice was well overcooked. the one bright side with the vegetables were okay. the deal was buy one get one free and it was for many items on the menu now I understand why. I ate a few bites of one and put the other in the garbage

The rice is partly cooked. It's crunchy. And it looks like I got maybe...maybe a scoop of beef. Do I need to pay for a "double" portion so I can get a a regular portion if protein?

My order was badly prepared, oversoaked noodle, overcooked veggies, packed poorly that all the sauces were splattered on the bottom of the plastic bag with the styro container soaked in the sauce.
