I ordered the 2 meats and 2 sides platter.  For the meats, I  chose ribs and brisket. This was the 2nd time I've ordered here. I have to say that it was hands down the best barbecue I've had here in El Paso!! The brisket was very tender and moist. The ribs were to die for!! They were so tender that the meat just fell off the bones!! I asked for extra sauce but I didn't need any at all because both were so moist that they melted in my mouth!! The flavor was amazing!!  Perfectly seasoned  and delicious!! The Texas chili had just enough spice to it, and the potato salad was very good also!!  Everything had its own unique flavor!!  Complements to the chef for actually taking the time and caring about the food you cook!! It shows with every bite.  It was soooo delicious!!  I definitely recommend everyone to eat here.  You will be glad you did and you will definitely love it.  Awesomely delicious food!!

Honestly the flavor of the food was good! It was very juicy and tasty. The ribs fell of the bone. Spicy sausage was very good. However, what you seen in that plate is all I got lol. 26 dollars for 1 and a half strips of brisket. two ribs and one sausage... yeah it's a little ridiculous if thats their actual portion size. Dont recommend it if youre hungry.

We ordered the 3 Meats & 2 Sides plates.

Pros - The spare rib meat was fall of the bone tender, the bbq sauce was delicious and the spicy sausage spice sneaks up on you!

Cons - They gave ONE slice of bread and one small sauce with each plate. A three meat plate should at least come with 2-3 slices/sauces. The potato salad and Cowboy Beans were bland, the mac and cheese was dry and the coleslaw was eh. 

Ultimately, get the meat here but get the sides somewhere else or make it yourself.

Dear Martin I so much loved your perfect brisket and the amazing ribs. Unfortunately one can only rate five stars, because I would so love to give more. Some great quality BBQ! Taste was was on point, meat was tender as could be. Left me full and very happy, would highly recommend ordering! I will be a returning customer, shout out to this place for making good quality as advertised food
