I have ordered here several times. I usually get my order. but this time they forgot an orderMango Frostie and they were kind enough to give a refund. however they didn't give a full refund. the drink was $8.74 and they only refunded back $7.13. $8 74 was the entire drink cost. not to mention that it was taxed at the $8.74. so I am wondering why they did not give back the entire amount of the purchased drink.

No flavor at all, just plain water down tea. Not sure if the person who made these drinks today knows how to make good milk tea. We're a bit scared to give it a try again.
