• 24-07-08The BLT was big for a medium but the bacon was so so SALTY that it was like pouring a salt shaker into your mouth. I ate 1/2 of the medium BLT took half the Bacon off as u can see in pic and still made me sick. Threw other half away .

• 25-08-21fries and cheese sticks were fine,although the marinara sauce is crap. the Italian sub was gross,soggy very little lettuce and 2 teeny tiny tomatoes on it. was barely edible,over half was thrown away

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent order placed at your Moraine location. I ordered an Italian sub—plain, with only cheese and a light spice combo—alongside a serving of fries. Unfortunately, the sub arrived missing both the cheese and the spice, and the fries were cold and soggy.
The sub itself was unpalatable, with a dried-out bun and an unpleasant taste. This experience reflects either a lack of proper training or a concerning disregard for quality and customer satisfaction. I expect basic attention to detail when placing a straightforward order, and this fell far below acceptable standards.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and address the issues with your staff to prevent similar experiences for future customers.

• 22-05-22We had to throw away half the oder. What a joke there was almost no egg salad on the sub and the the bun was hard my wife couldn't even eat it what a waste of ten dollars, I will not be coming back.

• 25-01-16The Cheesesteak bun was dry and crumbled. It had pizza sauce on it instead of mayo. I was really disappointed as I rarely "cheat" on meals and when I do hope the calories are worth it. I endedup throwing over half of it away.
