The tortillas are absolutely amazing. The chicken is great. Honestly everything was great. This was my first time trying it out and I am beyond impressed with the value and quality of everything, the way it was packed was thoughtful and neat but not overdone, you can tell this is done with care but no excess and it shows in the price.

This place is also so good! Their Quesadilla de Adobada was amazing and the consume is also so flavorful. So is their quesadilla de birria is also delicious and has a generous portion of meat. Will definitely order again!

The chicken in the Quesadilla de Pollo looked like it had been blitzed in a blender into a paste and had no seasoning at all. You couldn't really tell if it was chicken. The Quesadilla was extremely greasy and unpleasant to eat. It ended up in the trash.

Flautas 4 Pieces were inconsistent. Some were very good and fresh, others were way overcooked and crunchy without any flavor.
Ordered 2 different 4 pieces, only one had guacamole, but the other had cheese. Cheese wasn't mixed well.

This location (Colfax) is not good. The chicken was not cooked long enough and was soggy and tasted like liquid smoke instead of an actual grill. The beans were also just not cooked long enough. The rice was very pale, did not look right. This was like hospital food which is crazy because the Auroura location on Chambers and Iliff is 10,000/10 some of the best food in the city. Definitely recommend that spot but do not order from Colfax.
