tried the Chaufa de Quinoa and it is every bit as scrumptious as the Pork Chaufa is. and it's fully vegetarian so it has that going for it as well! hearty but not heavy. so so good. Surfish is my new favorite.

Interesting ingredients, poor flavor & execution. Chef seems allergic to the acid part of the cooking formula, leaving every dish tasting greasy, flat and not fresh. Even the tuna tartare and salad lacked acid or nuance, truly a feat. It's like every sauce is missing ingredients it needs, while having ingredients that do it no favors. Anticuchos were decent, probably the only thing I'll eat from here again.
