• 26-06-30The slices of fish they use are non existent on sushi rolls . For a 22 dollar roll you expect it better than what they sent.

• 25-12-28I look forward to visiting family here in Orange. Sushi Boom is a requirement! I get the Golden Tiger Roll and the Crunch Dragon. Yummy! I share some of mine with my nephew who loves the Philadelphia. Of course, the Edamame is always a must. All around, a great meal, as always.

• 22-08-20The California rolls and Spicy Tuna rolls were really spirals and not rolls. They didn't hold together without some effort. The rice in the roll was decent.
The Rainbow roll was cut in such a way that each piece had a thin slice of one variety of fish with a large slice of another fish. It looked rushed.
The teriyaki beef was way overdone and tough.
All of the tempura was cooked perfectly and tasted right.
The only minor quibbles 1) is that for two bento boxes and four rolls, we were given only two, tiny ginger and wasabi containers. Thankfully, we keep wasabi at home, but otherwise, we weren't given either enough. 2) It is becoming uncommon for miso soup to have seaweed anymore and only a few 4mm cubes of tofu. Some or all of the above might be for due to supply issues.

• 25-03-13I will never understand why anyone would take a firm piece of fish and turn it into mush. The Spicy Yellowtail Roll tasted fishy with the texture of paste
